General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
We process your order according to our latest general terms and conditions which are effective at the time of your order. Our current general terms and conditions are available on our website www.haeftling-shop.com under “General Terms and Conditions”.
2. Contract Conclusion

By ordering the desired products, you agree to a binding contract conclusion. We are authorized to confirm this contract by sending you a confirmation of your order by e-mail within 14 days. Your order can only be considered to have been accepted if you receive a confirmation of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation within 14 days, your order has not been accepted. Products which are not listed in the confirmation of your order are not included in the contract.
3. Delivery
Within Italy, we usually deliver items that are in stock by mail within 3 weekdays. For international shipping within Europe, the delivery of available products will usually take 10-14 weekdays. The delivery time for international orders from outside of Europe depends on the dispatch type (air mail, surface) and the location of the receiver.
All of the above mentioned estimated delivery times are noncommittal unless they are explicitly agreed upon by us. If we have explicitly agreed upon a delivery time and the delivery is delayed, you can give us an extension of time which has to be at least two weeks. If this deadline is passed effectlessly, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract.
If for once an item is out of stock or is currently not available, we will tell you the delivery time as fast as possible or that the delivery cannot take place. We reserve a right to make a partial delivery if this supports a faster processing and if it is reasonable for you. If there is a partial delivery, we will naturally come up for any additional mailing expenses. In this case, there will be no additional costs for you.
If we are not able to deliver your order through no fault of our own because our contractor does not fulfill his contractual obligation, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.
Buyer shall be responsible for any tax or other governmental charge due to the sale, use or delivery of the product, including, but not limited to, Sales Tax, Use Tax, etc. All applicable taxes and other charges will be added to the purchase price.
4. Cancellation Terms and Conditions
You may revoke your contractual statement through a written text or by returning your order without giving reasons within two weeks after receiving your order and these cancellation terms and conditions in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). The time limit starts the day after receiving your order and these cancellation terms and conditions in written form. To adhere to this time limit, it is sufficient to mail the revocation or the order in time.

Cancellation Consequences
In the event of a valid revocation, each party shall return to the respective other party the benefits received. If you cannot at all return the benefits you received by us or only partially or in a worse condition, you will have to pay compensation for this. This does not apply for returns of benefits, when the degradation has been caused by an examination of the items which is likewise to the examination in a store. By the way, you can avoid compensation by not using the items like your own and by refraining from anything that can cause a degradation of the item’s value.
Furthermore, we ask you not to remove the original protection tag in the stickers and to refrain from removing or damaging original tags on the items.
If items are of poor quality or are not in accordance with your order, the right of withdrawal will not affect your right of warranty.
5. Prices
All indicated prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping and handling costs are added according to the terms listed below in number 6. Always prices from the latest catalogue apply.
6. Shipping and Handling (national)
In the following, you will find all information concerning shipping and handling costs for deliveries within Italy.
For each order, we charge a flat fee of EUR 10 for order above the 30 kg weight , - for packing and handling. Furthermore, we will charge the shipping fee according to the desired mail-order firm
7. Terms of Payment
for the Italian customers We accept advance payment by bank shift, or cby credit card paypal system. If you live outside of Italy, payment may only be possible with credit card via Paypal.

8. Warranty
Warranty complies with legal requirements. For complaints, the date of purchase has to be proven with a receipt. Together with a copy of the receipt the article which is complained needs to be sent to the following address:

If items of your order have a material defect according to legal requirements, we are bound to do a supplementary performance as long as we are not obliged to refuse a supplementary performance by legal regulations. Furthermore, you have to grant as an additional time for the supplementary performance. It is your choice to get either the defect removed or a new delivery.
If we have tried for supplementary performance in vain two times, it is considered as failed. If the supplementary performance has failed or it is unacceptable for you, you may either reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract or ask for compensation.
Your right to claim further compensation to the following conditions remains unaffected.
According to legal requirements, we are liable for damage on your life, body, or health without restrictions that are caused by a blameworthy breach of duty by us, our legal representatives, or our assistants. Moreover, we are liable without restrictions for damages that are included in the Product Liability ACT and for all damages that are caused by intentional or grossly negligent contract violations or fraudulent intent by us, our legal representatives, or our assistants. We are also liable in the context of a warranty of quality and/or durability if we have issued it for the items delivered. Also, according to legal requirements, we are liable without restrictions for damages that occurred due to a negligent violation of an essential contractual obligation.
Independent of the legal character of claims, there do not exist any further liability claims against us.
9. Care
Please note the instructions for install the stickers in the wall or other surface. We do not cover any damages caused by wrong stickers installing.
10. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
All delivered items remain in our property until they have been completely paid for.
11. Storage of Data

12. Applicable Law
For all disputes arising from this agreement, Italian law is effective to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods (CISG).
14. Final Clause
If one clause of these terms and conditions is invalid, this will have no effect on the validity of the other clauses.
